Formada en el sector de la comunicació, la gestió cultural i la fotografia. Durant set anys va coordinar la comunicació de Barcelona En Comú, dirigint estratègies, campanyes i equips creatius. Anteriorment, havia treballat com a freelance per l’AECID, el CCCB o la Fundació Interarts. El març de 2021 es va incorporar a l’equip de Quepo com a coordinadora de projectes comunicatius.

Va estudiar cinema i audiovisual a l’ESCAC, en l’especialitat de documental. Ha realitzat tasques d’ajudant de direcció i guionista en produccions de ficció i documental. Des de fa deu anys treballa en el disseny d’estratègies, la creació de continguts i la coordinació de projectes de comunicació. Actualment, conceptualitza i coordina projectes de comunicació i audiovisual a Quepo.

Muntadora i realitzadora especialitzada en cinema documental i incidència sociopolítica, amb un postgrau de Muntatge per la UPF-BSM. Va ser sòcia de la cooperativa Metromuster, des d’on impulsa els documentals Tarajal (2016) o Idrissa (2016). Com a cap de postproducció i muntadora ha treballat per a l'Ajuntament de Barcelona, l'Institut Català de les Dones o el Museo Reina Sofía.

En els últims anys s’ha especialitzat en el desenvolupament d'estratègies de comunicació per a la transformació social i de metodologies participatives per al tercer sector. Realitzadora audiovisual i productora. Especialitzada en direcció i producció documental (EICTV, Cuba — NYFA, EUA), ha viscut a diferents països, on ha treballat com a freelance per diverses productores. El 2019 va dirigir el seu primer llargmetratge documental, Operació Globus, una coproducció amb Televisió de Catalunya que es va estrenar en el marc del Festival Docs Barcelona.

Manuela Ospina
Disseny gràfic
Va estudiar direcció cinematogràfica, guió i producció al CECC. Sòcia treballadora de Quepo, està especialitzada en producció audiovisual. Ha estat productora executiva de diversos documentals (¡Abramos las cancelas!, DiomCoop, Projecte Fam, Interferències i Janadesh) i actualment dirigeix el projecte bianual de comunicació «Salut, Drets, Acció» amb la International People’s Health University.
Raquel Bonell Barrachina

Llicenciat en economia i ADE per la Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona. Ha treballat en assessoria fiscal i comptable per diverses entitats del tercer sector i l'economia social. Ha estat membre del Seminari d'economia crítica Taifa i ha publicat diversos informes d'economia i articles a mitjans especialitzats. És responsable de la gestió econòmica de Quepo i membre del Consell Rector de la Directa.
Ivan Gordillo Bernárdez

Copywritter, community manager i analista digital. Té més de deu anys d’experiència en el camp de la comunicació digital i s’ha especialitzat en la creació de contingut social, cultural i polític. Graduada en Dret i Ciències Polítiques, en els darrers anys ha treballat per l’ICUB - Ajuntament de Barcelona, la llibreria La Carbonera, la Fira Literal i Stop Mare Mortum, entre altres.
